THINGS TO DO

The all year sunny weather in combination with the white sandy beaches makes Gran Canaria to a very popular destination for those who like spending a holiday or even a complete winter in the sun.

Wether you like to relax on the beach, take a boat trip or diving trip, explore the buzzing nightlife, enjoy the gastronomical delights or discover the beautiful inlands of Gran Canaria, here is plenty to do for everybody

ABOUT

CRAN CANARIA

Gran Canaria is the second most populous island of the Canarian Islands after Tenerife. Gran Canaria is often referred to as a mini continent for its variations in weather, benefitting from the Gulf Stream and the nature of the landscapes around the island. The north is usually cooler than the sometimes fiery heat of the south. Inner regions, being mountainous, can be cloudier and colder with more rain. The capital city of Las Palmas, in the north, is the largest city in the canarian islands and represents an interesting alternative for tourists who can sight-see, spend a day shopping or relax on its world famous beaches.

PATALAVACA

Patalavaca, falls into the category of smaller off-shot from the main tourist places- in this case Puerto Rico. It sits conveniently between Puerto Rico and the fishing harbour of Arguineguin, and serves as a quiet Gran Canaria base within easy access of the hussle and bustle of Puerto Rico.

ARGUINEGUIN

Arguineguín  is one of the most populated towns along the south coast of Gran Canaria, Spain. A typical Canarian fishing village, it is home to many locals rather than being a tourist resort. It is part of the municipality of Mogán and is located southwest of Las Palmas.
